CalendarWiz, LLC ("Service," "Services," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We only use the personal information we collect about you to provide our service and process orders.

CalendarWiz will not publish or disclose any customer personal data to any third party with the exception of the Sub-processors listed below. We use the following Sub-processors to provide our service.
Sub-processors
CalendarWiz offers sharing features such as emailing event information directly to an email address, downloading and exporting event information or posting event information to another social media service. These features are offered to enhance your intended promotion of your information and can be disabled. For more information on controlling these features contact us at support@calendarwiz.com. Once information has been shared with another individual or social media company, the information falls under that company’s privacy policy.
CalendarWiz takes measures to prevent information about you from being lost or stolen. Calendar information can be made public or password protected private. Our servers are located in a secure, world-class, SAS70 Type II datacenter with eight internet backbone connections, backup power, HVAC, and fire suppression systems. All data is backed up in real-time, on the half-hour, and nightly to four different locations. Files or images uploaded to the CalendarWiz File Manager are not password protected. CalendarWiz takes measures to prevent directory browsing in the File Manager but if the link to the file is shared it will be open to public access. Sensitive images, documents or files should not be stored in the CalendarWiz File Manager unless you have added your own password protection to the file.
Upon verified request from you we will remove all your information. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. To request information removal contact support@calendarwiz.com
CalendarWiz serves as the Data Processor. You, the CalendarWiz customer, are the Data Controller. The Data Controller is the entity, alone or jointly with others, that controls what data is made available to our Service and determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data. The Data Processor is the entity which processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.
You the Customer understand, as the Data Controller, that you are responsible for obtaining the consent of any natural person for the processing of Personal Data, for determining the lawfulness of any processing, for performing any required data protection impact assessments, and for accounting to regulators and Data Subjects, as may be needed.
Customer, as Controller, appoints CalendarWiz as a Data Processor to process the Personal Data. There are just a few exceptional cases in which CalendarWiz may also act as a data controller. CalendarWiz acts as Data Controller when you:
You may update or delete your information at any time by logging into your calendar and accessing the Account feature or emailing us at support@calendarwiz.com. You may delete your account or terminate your subscription according to our Terms of Service Agreement. However, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can choose to set your browser to remove or disable cookies. If you remove or disable cookies it may affect some of the services features.
During the trial period for our service we send you a few emails to help set up the service, remind you when your trial is expiring and to collect feedback. When subscribed to our service we send you emails regarding subscription renewal, features announcements and to collect feedback. At any time, you may opt-out of receiving these emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or web page at https://www.calendarwiz.com/unsubscribe/ or by emailing support@calendarwiz.com. We reserve the right to contact you for non-promotional business purposes while you have an active account.
If you are a resident of the European Union, the GDPR law gives you specific rights regarding the processing of your personal information.
